Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days of an order being received.
We ship via USPS throughout the USA. We are pleased to offer free shipping within the US on all orders $75.00 or over. For orders less than $75.00, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.00.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
After your order is placed, we will send the tracking information for your package to you by email. Most packages arrive within 2 to 4 days after they are shipped.
Qi Botanics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as “Delivered” by the carrier. If you need to have your package shipped with ‘signature required” please let us know and we are happy to do that for you.
DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING
All our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before they are shipped to you. However, once our product is shipped, we are no longer in control of its purity, due to possible unforeseen circumstances such as tampering, breakage or being left outside in inclement weather for days. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that timeframe. Please include a full written description of the product damages.

We truly feel that you will enjoy using our products. But, please contact us if you are having any issues with a product so we can work with you to ensure the product is being used the best way possible to achieve the best results.

If you have an unopened product and you want to return it for any reason, you can do that for a full refund, minus the shipping fees. Any returned items will need to be post marked within 2 weeks of the purchase date. You can ship your unopened return to:

We recommend that you track your shipment. We will not be responsible for giving a refund if there is no proof the package was delivered to us.
Once we receive your unopened purchase for return, we will refund the total of your purchase (less shipping).
