What makes Qi Botanics different from other companies?

Our products are developed by an acupuncturist and herbalist in private practice for over 20 years, working with skin, allergies, and cosmetic treatments. Qi Botanics offers nutrient dense products using natural, herbal and organic ingredients. Our goal is to offer the cleanest products available to nourish and feed the skin, naturally. Each product has been developed with the health of the skin being the driving force. Nature is amazing and offers so many wonderful natural ingredients, we just helped put them together into products that work great. We are here to help educate people about the wonderful properties of herbs and all that they can do for health, wellness and beauty. We are excited to help you care for your skin (and body) with skincare that includes natural, clean, nutrient-rich ingredients, that only nature can offer.

 

How do I check the status of an order I have placed?

Log into your account through the website and go to “order history”. You will see your orders and their status, along with the tracking number if the item has shipped. If you have any questions you can always contact us directly at info@qibotanics.com

 

How do I know when an order has shipped out?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking information for the order. We ship through the USPS.

 

What is the return policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please see our full return policy on the website under ‘policies’ on the website.

 

Are Qi Botanics products environmentally friendly?

Our goal is to have the smallest footprint possible and we focus on sustainability with everything that we do. Our products are produced in small batches, reducing the need for unnecessary waste. All our products are 100% natural, so there are no toxins or pollutants that go into the water system with their use. We source our ingredients from clean sources, companies that use organic farming practices and work with fair trade suppliers, when possible. We use glass or compostable materials for our products, so they can be recycled or composted after use.

 

Are Qi Botanic products cruelty free?

YES! We would NEVER test on animals. None of our products or their individual ingredients have been tested on animals. We love animals and animal testing is fundamentally against our principles and ethics. Animal testing is completely unnecessary. Our products (and ingredients) have been tested on people.

 

Does Qi Botanics use recyclable packaging?

Yes! All of our tinctures, face and body care products are placed in glass jars or bottles, so they can be recycled. Our taffy and tea bags are made from 100% biomass material and can be composted after use. For our shipping materials, everything is 100% post-consumer recycled and can be recycled again or composted - The boxes, envelopes, welcome card, and packing material. The shipping envelopes can be reused, so make sure to use them again before recycling them.
